#249 Multicolor Baroque Necklace
Ella Bella Bee Baltic amber teething necklaces are hand-made of natural Baltic amber and carefully hand-crafted by Lithuanian amber artisans. The string is knotted between each bead so should the necklace break (which it should if necessary) the rest of the beads will not scatter. All our necklaces fasten with a screw clasp and measure approximately 13” long.
The resin contains, in addition to the beautifully preserved plant-structures, remains of insect and other small organisms which were trapped by the sticky surface and became enveloped while it was still fluid. Each amber bead is unique and upon closer inspection you may find some very interesting inclusions that are between 30 and 90 million years old!
Each amber baroque bead necklace has all round and smooth surfaces that look more like round beads than any of the other shapes. Baroque necklaces are comprised of graduating sized beads.
Important Safety Notice:
Please supervise your child at all times while wearing the necklace. Amber necklaces are made for wearing not for chewing! Amber will crack and break under too much pressure. Teething necklaces should be removed when baby is sleeping or unattended! You can secure the necklace around the baby’s ankle at night to continue the comfort of amber. You may place the beads in sunlight to warm them before placing on your child to enhance pain-relieving effects. The necklace fastens with a screw clasp.
